Red Ribbon Club: The Red Ribbon Club of Raghuvir & Premavati Salkar Higher Secondary School is very active and creating awareness about HIV/AIDS by organizing various activities like lectures, Quiz competitions, Street plays, Rallies, Poster competitions, and so on.

Anti-Tobacco Cell: The Anti Tobacco Cell of our school organizes various programmes in creating awareness about the ill effects of tobacco. Various activities such as lectures, poster competitions, screening of films are organized.
National Service Scheme : The motto of NSS is Not me but you. National Service Scheme was introduced in our higher secondary school in the year 1995. The NSS unit carries out cleanliness drives, anti plastic drives, 7 days NSS Special camp and organizes various lectures.
Youth Red Cross : The motto of the Red Cross is Through Humanity To Peace. The Youth Red Cross Unit of our HSS organizes talks on First Aid, Malaria/Dengue awareness, etc.
Historical day celebration Club : The Historical day celebration club of our HSS celebrates the historical days such as The Republic day, Goa Revolutionary day, Tilak Punyatiti, Independence day, Gandhi and Lal Bahadur Shastri Jayanti, Nehru Jayanti, and Goa Liberation Day. Various programmes such as patriotic Songs Singing, Speeches by students, Role play are organized on these occasions. Speeches by freedom fighters are also organized on the occasion.
Wall Paper Committee :
The Wall Paper committee brings out four issues of wall paper every year in English, Konkani and Marathi languages. The articles, poems, jokes, art work, etc. by the students are displayed in the wall papers.
